Return And / Or Exchange Of Product(S)

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order only if the product the product has been received in a damaged condition or not

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

A return will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Incase of products specially sourced for the customer the said product shall not be returned or purchased, this applies to variety of products such as high value collectible items, perishable goods such as newspapers or magazines, comics cannot be returned.
Exchange (If Applicable)

An Item/items will only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged.

Any product of your choice can be bought in exchange; incase the product is of lesser value a store credit voucher will be shared with you for the differential.

In case that you want a replacement and it is not available in stock, we will offer a refund for your order

To process a return or exchange, kindly follow the below steps:

A request to return or exchange the product(s) should be made within 48 hours of receiving the product(s). This can be done by either emailing us at bullculturebrand@gmail.com or calling on +91 7708765138.

In the case that the product is defective or damaged, request you to please drop an email with the images of the defective / damaged product

Mail the product back to us on the following address within 7 days from the date of delivery.

In case you are unable to mail the product(s) to us, please let us know and we can arrange for a pick up. However, kindly note that you would be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product(s).

If you are shipping an item over INR 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In the case that you are exchanging a product, kindly note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before the same is shipped. However, once an item is shipped no cancellations shall be accepted. In case of products that are specially sourced for you, the order will not be cancelled.

In case the product has already been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a returned product.

In case that the order is refused at the doorstep, the order will be treated as a returned product(s).
Replacement Exclusions:

We do not replace Masks and COVID – 19 related products

We do not replace (exchange) surprise T-shirts with other designs as it is a surprise 🙂

We do not replace boxers due to hygiene issues
Please be informed that the Replacement and Exchanges are not acceptable for any request that does not meet the aforementioned criteria.
If we do not have a reverse pick up facility at your location, we request you to self-ship the product to us. We will store credit 100 points in your BULL’S account to adjust your shipping cost.
Refunds (If Applicable)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

The refunded amount will be less any shipping charges, transaction fees or any other direct expenses incurred to originally deliver the product.

If the refund is approved, it will be process and will be automatically credited to the original payment method within 10 days. Alternatively, the amount can be issued as store credit.

In the case of a cash on delivery (COD) order, the amount will be issued as store

In case you haven’t received the refund within the mentioned time period, kindly follow the below mentioned steps:

Recheck your bank account as it takes some time before the refund is officially posted and in the case it still doesn’t show, contact the bank

Important Terms and Conditions For Refunds:

We do refunds only in a genuine case of delivery of defective products and if we are unable to send you new ones due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of delivery of defective products, you have to send an email to our customer support executives at bullculturebrand@gmail.com along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the defective product within 72 hours of delivery.

In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then BULL CULTURE will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.

However, you may still opt for exchange and returns in an aforementioned manner. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment.

Please note the applicable shipping and cod delivery charges shall not be refunded to you.

Due to process constraints, COD orders will not be refunded in any circumstances, you can either opt for immediate replacement or take store credits.
Customization Products

-> In case of any size issues in the custom t-shirts there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer can proceed with the return request.
-> The shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
-> The color of the custom t-shirt and custom mobile cover may slightly vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.
Sale Or Discounted Items

Sale or discounted items and Surprised t shirts may be returned, however, they are non-refundable.
BULL’S Gifts

For items that were marked as gifts when purchased and shipped directly to the gift receiver, a gift certificate will be issued and mailed to receiver directly upon approval of the return.

In case the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, i.e., a normal purchase was carried out, the above mentioned refund procedure would be applicable.
